A five-star waterfront branded residence development, Palace Residences, has been propelled by Emaar Properties in Dubai Creek Harbour.
An announcement said that, Palace Residences will bring a boutique waterfront living experience for residents with branded 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments.
It added that the homes will be serviced on demand by Address Hotels + Resorts, the luxury hotel and resorts brand.
Investors will have many advantages including 5-year property management services by Emaar, 50 percent discount on enrollment at the Palace Dubai Creek Harbour Spa and pool, also 25 percent discount on food and beverage at the hotel’s outlets.
Palace Residences are adjacent to the upcoming 121-room Palace Dubai Creek Harbour hotel including a range of luxury hotel services and dining choices.
Occupants will have access to a host of exclusive amenities in both the hotel and the residential towers including signature rooftop lounge and grill, a rooftop infinity edge swimming pool, 24×7 concierge service, a gymnasium and valet parking.
Residents will also be able to use the hotel’s services and amenities on demand, including meeting rooms, a modern spa, all-day dining outlet and 5-star deluxe hotel service.
The first homes in Dubai Creek Harbour are planned for handover early in 2019. More than 5,000 inhabitants are set to move in to their homes in Creek Marina this year, with more than 12,750 occupants to move in upcoming year.
Palace Residences is the first launch in the six square kilometre mega-development in 2019.
