DUP would prefer to drop Brexit than hazard separation of UK, says Nigel Dodds

The Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) would prefer to drop Brexit than hazard the separation of the UK by voting in favour of Theresa May’s arrangement, a standout amongst its most senior figures has said.

Nigel Dodds, the DUP Westminster pioneer, managed a mallet hit to the head administrator’s expectations of taking her arrangement back to the Commons for a fourth time, by demanding the gathering’s 10 MPs would not drop their restriction.

It comes after MPs rejected Ms May’s Brexit outline for the third time on Friday – the day the UK was initially because of leave the EU.
