Emaar Development on Monday announced sales for Saffron, the first townhouse community in Emaar South, the 7 square kilometre lifestyle destination.
A joint contract with Dubai South, Emaar South provides a mix of tiered townhomes, townhouses, villas and apartments.
Saffron garden townhouses are situated centrally in the new neighbourhood, along the Emaar South Boulevard, minutes away from Al Maktoum International Airport and 10 minutes away from the home to the Expo 2020 Dubai.
Saffron garden townhouses have a private rear garden and are associated to an 18-hole championship golf course promenade via a network of landscaped walkways and are available in 3 and 4-bedroom models.
Residents will be able to enjoy a large range of amenities like community swimming pools, barbecue areas, lawns, indoor and outdoor play areas and a health & fitness facility, also a community clubhouse.
Managing Director of Emaar Properties, Ahmad Al Matrooshi mentioned, “Emaar South offers the opportunity to be part of the future logistics and aviation hub of the city. The tiered townhouses, golf course villas, and apartments that we launched earlier received significant demand, underlining Emaar South as a preferred lifestyle destination.
He also said, “Saffron will appeal to all who favour a serene retreat with a wide choice of amenities to spend quality time with their family.”
