UAE-based retail giant Majid Al Futtaim has reported inauguration date for City Center Suhar venture.
Situated on Al Batinah main road, the shopping center will include 35,301 square meter of gross leasable region to the sultanate’s booming retail area.
Majid Al Futtaim, UAE-based retail giant has declared that its latest shopping center in Oman is planned to open in January.
The declaration pursues a site visit to the OR45 million ($117 million) City Center Suhar advancement by various Omani authorities.
Senior mall manager – Oman – Shopping Malls at Majid Al Futtaim – Properties, Husam Al Mandhari, respected the authorities in the background visit in the last period of development on City Center Suhar.
Whenever operational, the shopping center will offer in excess of 120 stores, a nine-screen VOX Cinemas, a 7,348 sq m Carrefour, a variety of dining alternatives and entertainment experiences.
The organization stated in an announcement that the shopping center which is situated on Al Batinah main road will include 35,301 square meter of gross leasable region to the sultanate’s booming retail segment.
It included that the opening of City Center Suhar is a piece of Majid Al Futtaim’s speculation intends to expand the organization’s total investment in the sultanate to OR705 million by 2020.
