Recently the UAE ambassador launched a new smartphone application which will help Indian workers to get UAE work visa.
Dr Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Banna, UAE Ambassador to India, launched the app on his New Delhi trip to help ease the process of completing a majority of the procedures in India, and will guarantee a work visa to the UAE “without trouble.”
He announced that the app is currently available in English and Hindi. However as a large number of workforce from India in UAE come from Kerala, soon the app will also be available in Malayalam.
Every year a large number of people from India visit UAE either for business or l=tourism purposes. In 2017 alone, the number of Indian visitors to the UAE reached around 1.6 million.
Indian nationals also contribute a great deal in yearly revenues for UAE. As reported by the central bank, the total value of remittances by Indian workers in the UAE reached AED14.64 billion, or around 35.9 percent of the total, during the first half of 2017.
Such a digitalization of the visa application process, will surely help people to apply for UAE work visa easily and through legitimate channels.
