Porsche recently revealed its brand new EV, The Mission E Cross Turismo at the Geneva Motor Show. The Mission E is definitely an eye catching electric vehicle. It is a crossover utility vehicle with all-wheel drive, four doors and a larger cargo capacity to look after all your storage needs.
The car which according to the company is road-ready features a 0 to 60 MPH time of less than 3.5 seconds, along with a driving range of over 310 miles on a single charge. Fast charging will allow users to go 250 miles in just 15 minutes due to its 800-volt system architecture.
That is not all. It has around 600 HP of power from its motors, and can get up to over 120 miles per hour in less than 12 seconds.
The makers have also given a new feature on the inside of the vehicle. It houses a new concept dash with a long center console touch panel and small touch screens integrated into the vents and near the windows for controlling vents and other comfort functions.
If all this doesn’t interest you in getting this automobile, maybe the eye tracking feature will. The car also has an eye-tracking built into the car too to identify which instruments a driver is actually looking at, and then foreground those elements visually in the display while minimizing others. All cabin customization can be handled from a mobile app that works across tablets, smartphones and even on a smartwatch.
There has been no official statements regarding the launch of the control but if all goes well, the car will hit the showrooms sometime in 2019.
