The perks of being an Amazon Prime member don’t seem to end.
When Amazon acquired Whole Foods, it rolled out price cuts as well as rolled up its Treasure Truck deals service to Whole Foods locations, and began delivering Whole Foods groceries through Prime.
Now the online retail giant is offering a 5% cashback at Whole Foods if customers shop using Amazon Prime Rewards Visa card. However non Prime members need not get disappointed. They can also avail 3 percent cashback back on all Amazon.com purchases. Prime cardholders will earn 2 percent back on gas stations, restaurants and drug stores, and 1 percent back on all other purchases.
Amazon has been finding ways to push out its Prime membership to its customers. It has offered the card which in itself has a number of benefits to its Prime members including no annual fee, no foreign transaction fees when traveling or when cross-border shopping, travel protection, 24/7 concierge service and zero fraud liability, and no cap on rewards earned, and no expiration date on those rewards.
